My career path
A life in the service of the brain
A life in the service of the brain
Specialised in neuroscience at the Pitié-Salpêtrière (Paris VI), a question has accompanied me since my early days: how can we better understand the brain to better support people who suffer?
A PhD in neuroscience, nearly twenty years in international research, followed by training in integrative neurotherapy at the Neurosens Institute: setting up my practice became a natural next step.
Today, I support children, adolescents and adults in modulating their brain activity, guided by qEEG, science and a deep conviction — everyone can learn to better understand and regulate their functioning.

Expertise
Leading scientific expertise
Nearly 20 years in international research, a PhD in neuroscience, and a specialisation in clinical EEG: a demanding scientific foundation at the crossroads of fundamental research and clinical application that guides my practice of quantitative EEG-neurofeedback today.
PhD in neuroscience
Holder of a PhD in neuroscience from Aix-Marseille II University, in April 2010 I defended a thesis dedicated to epileptogenesis in an experimental model of temporal lobe epilepsy, obtained with the highest honours.
International pathway
From New York University to the Max Planck Institute in Frankfurt, via the MTA KOKI in Budapest, INSERM Paris, and Radboud University (Donders Institute), my career has been built within international research institutions.
Clinical EEG Specialist
As an electrophysiologist and EEG specialist, I hold a University Diploma (DU) in Clinical EEG, specialising in Epilepsy, which I obtained in 2008 as valedictorian (director: Prof. F. Bartolomei, La Timone Hospital, Marseille).
Nearly 20 years of research
As a neuroscience researcher for nearly 20 years, I have built an international career spanning fundamental research, electrophysiology, and clinical applications focused on epilepsy and associated diseases.
Oscillations & behaviour
My research focuses in particular on brain oscillations, their link with behaviour and the network alterations involved in temporal lobe epilepsy.
Current affiliation
Since 2023, I have been affiliated as a Principal Investigator in Cologne, Germany, pursuing my scientific activity alongside my practice.
Foundations between clinical practice and research
Holder of a Master's degree in Neuroscience, specialising in Neuropsychology and Neuropsychiatry, obtained in 2005 at the Pitié-Salpêtrière (Paris VI University) with honours (mention Bien), I was awarded a Ministry of Research scholarship within the 3C Doctoral School (Brain, Behaviour and Cognition) in Paris thanks to my ranking. I then chose to carry out my PhD in a laboratory at the Faculty of Timone in Marseille, in order to combine fundamental research, clinical application, and direct work with clinicians and patients concerning epilepsy.
Specialised training
Trained in Neurotherapy — Neurofeedback & Quantitative EEG at the NeuroSens Institute, I completed my scientific background with specialised training dedicated to the practice of neurofeedback.
Publications & resources
To view my detailed academic background, my publications, my doctoral thesis and my educational credentials, several resources are available online.
