The processing is based on the legitimate interest of the data controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) for contact requests, and on the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) for booking appointments. Retention period Data from the contact form is kept for 12 months from the last exchange. Data related to appointments is kept for the legal duration applicable to the healthcare relationship. Recipients of the data Your data is neither sold nor transferred to third parties, with the exception of technical subcontractors strictly necessary for the operation of the site (host Framer B.V., CRM Brevo.com) and the management of appointments (Gestion RDV).
